Horizontal Small Media Mills For Fine Grinding & Wet Milling. Products To Be Ground Or Dispersed Are Pumped Through An Agitated Bed Of Grinding Beads Which Provide Intense Shear & Impact Forces For Particle Or Agglomerate Reduction. Research & Development Mills Are Available To Produce Samples As Small As 50 Ml's. Various Size Pilot & Production Mills To Produce Larger Volumes.

Also Available Are Laboratory & Production Mixers, High Shear Dispersers & Attrition Mills. Demonstration Units & In House Testing Laboratory Available.

Both laboratory and production bead mills are available:

MINI MILLS Small sample, self pumping, variable speed, research, product development, quality control.25, 50, 100, 250 , & 750, 1000 & 2000 milliliter chambers. Single pass and re-circulation milling.
M-2 MILLS Larger laboratory samples, self pumping, variable speed, fluid materials. Single pass and re-circulation milling. 1.0, 2.0, Liter Chambers.
 PILOT MILLS Larger laboratory samples, small batch production, externally pumped, variable speed agitator. 0,4, 0.75, 1.25, 2.0 Liter Chambers.
PRODUCTION Direct drive, liquid or pastes, single or variable speed. Internal liquid cooled baffle system available. 5 liter through 250 liter chambers.
